Perfect location in Aix old town and apartment was very clean and comfortable, host is very kind and helpful.
If you have mobility issues there are stairs up to the property which may be an issue but other than this we have no faults for this property.

L’appartamento è in zona super centrale e comoda, è molto carino e ben arredato, abbastanza pulito. Staff disponibile.
Il microonde indicato nella descrizione in realtà però non c’è e il fatto che sia al quarto piano senza ascensore è scritto solo nelle recensioni degli altri clienti.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una esperienza negativa per l’aver visto sfrecciare in casa un piccolo topo e aver trovato i suoi escrementi. L’host è stato in ogni caso sempre gentile e premuroso, dicendoci che avrebbe fatto tutti i controlli del caso.
La pulizia delle stoviglie utilizzate e lo svuotamento della pattumiera è a carico dell’ospite, andrebbe in ogni caso detto prima della prenotazione.

🙂 posizione e pulizia, l’appartamento è molto curato e luminoso
☹️ non è segnalato che si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore e con scale a chiocciola molto difficili da fare con un trolley.
Nel mezzanino non arriva l’aria fredda del condizionatore e per questo ce n’e uno dedicato, ma che se acceso spara in faccia a chi dorme li.
Lavabo del bagno veramente troppo piccolo

Location was great.
The bathroom was not clean upon arrival and the floors / rug were not vacuumed. Additionally the staircase was very dangerous and should have been noted in the property description. Someone could easily hurt themself especially with luggage. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Blankets were dirty.
