Sehr komfortables, modernes, geräumiges und blitzsauberes Appartment. Alles von bester Qualität: von kleinen Küchengegenständen bis zu den großen schallisolierten Fenstern.
Lage nahe Strand, Straßenbahn und Lidl genial.
Tolle detaillierte Infos zur An- und Abreise, der Garage, der Müllentsorgung. Auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt fühlte man sich sehr gut betreut.
Der hintere Balkon war wegen eines defekten (?) Installation am Haus schräg gegenüber - Kühlung, Aggregat o.Ä. - tagsüber kaum benutzbar. Dafür können die Vermieter von Cosy Dunes natürlich gar nichts, einfach schade für alle.
Aber es gab ja noch den anderen Balkon. Und insgesamt war der Geräuschpegel angesichts der zentralen Lage in Koksijde völlig ok.

Situation centrale ce qui n'enlève rien au calme à l'intérieur.

Prachtig nieuw appartement op 2min van het strand. Luxueus en smaakvol ingericht voorzien van alle comfort. Comfortabel bed en ruime badkamer. Gastheer/vrouw vlot bereikbaar. Zeer rustig ‘s nachts.
