It was very close to the beach, clean and it was quiet. Cute furnishing and everything new. Kitchen was well equipped with 2 diff kinds of coffeemakers. Perfect place for a big family to enjoy a couple of weeks of fun.
So many rules but I guess that’s bc of those who don’t follow rules. Requirement to take sheets off bed and take out trash before leaving when a cleaning fee has already been paid. A text the morning of to CHECKOUT at 10, to respond to text that you’ve left before CHECKOUT, big sign on fridge in bold CHECKOUT AT 10. It felt corporately owned. I’m sure this is standard these days at beach condos but kind of interfered with relaxing vibe.

The facilities were clean
The door code didn’t work, had to be reset
The pedestrian gate code did not work the whole time we were there.
The condo had a terrible mold Odor that never went away. We bought air fresheners and plugins that helped but did not fix the issue. All of our clothes still smelled bad when we got home.
