Served it’s purpose just!

Convenience

Hard to locate caravan, park very scruffy, not even a bin bag provided, 1 toilet roll , the to the caravan was hard to lock. The most basic caravan ever, motion detector in the caravan.

6 / 10

Clean and comfortable for a short stay, park is tired and a bit scruffy, a good base close to beach.

Caravan was very clean and comfortable. Location close to the beach is lovely, just a two minute walk.

Very disappointed that we had to bring our own bed linen! …..read the small print!! The actual holiday park is scruffy and dated and the caravans are crammed in, very close to each other, not any privacy. The outside space next to the van is tiny and taken up with your car. We were using as a base to visit Sandringham so was ok, we didn’t spend any time on the park. Its very tricky to park next to the caravan - this caravan has a rough track up to it surrounded by other caravans, would be very difficult to park a very large vehicle. Only space for one vehicle which in a caravan that sleeps 8 could be a problem. Only sleeps 6 in actual bedrooms, two would be on a sofa bed in the main lounge area.

A pleasant surprise

Lovely caravan which was very clean and all in working order. It has some nice homely touches. Great kitchen facilities and very clean. So nice to have a full size fridge and freezer. The facilities at the park are very good, bar, shop and swimming pool. Lovely balcony overlooking the water. Birds and ducks everywhere which is really cute.

Being able to park next to the caravan like others were would have been helpful especially for packing and unpacking - however it was not so inconveniencing that it would put us off staying again.
