PICTURES ARE AFTER CHECKOUT. | The customer service here is excellent. They are very responsive, have multiple ways you can contact them from a 24 hour phone line to email and then of course the app messages. They’re on hand for any problem and I really like the self check-in. Easy to book, check instructions are entirely too simple and the location was so close to the city centre, just off the main pershore road and local amenities are too many to count. City Centre is either a 5–10 minute drive depending on traffic or a 10–15 minute bus journey. I also like that they have a direct si.te… there is a smart TV that is on a swinging arm so you can turn it towards the bed or you can turn it towards the desk if you are working on a laptop. My car remained completely safe within the area overnight and I did not experience any issues with crime. There is a petrol station within a one minute drive which is also a 24 hour Tesco which I found was very useful. There was very limited cutlery and crockery, but it is better than nothing. large mirrored wardrobes plenty space to put entire suitcases in or unpacked. Also had a large desk and a chair. Plenty of ventilation with a skylight and side window in my studio, although I did have to force the skylight open as it was a bit stiff. There is interior and exterior CCTV, all along communal hallways and outside your studio door which you can also view on a monitor in the downstairs hallway. I liked the on-site laundry with washer and dryers, on the ground floor.
Unfortunately it was ruined by the fact that the cleaner did not clean very well in certain areas such as underneath the side of bed mat as there was nail clippings underneath. the property did profusely apologise and promise improvement. My shower was impossible to switch to colder temperatures which was a problem during the heat wave, but they assured me after checkout that they will have a technician look at it. Very responsive and they just could have ignored me. I was on the top floor which I found difficult as the staircase was quite narrow and coiled, hard to carry up suitcases. my floorboards were also quite creaky and I was very conscious of disturbing people beneath me. The walls were quite thin and I could hear a lot of noise from other apartments. My key was taken to a particular number studio and I had to move to another which is something I don’t like. they need to fix the amount of keys in the lockbox and split them. on the smart TV, Netflix was an available app but it was not signed in so you would have to use your own. Wi-Fi was not the best, although it was stable it was not a very strong signal although I did notice one of the routers was directly outside my room so they may need to improve the quality of their Internet in such a large building. Parking is permit holder only Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, free outside of this. There is only one bay directly outside the front door, some further down but the rest is double yellows. There was quite a few shady people lingering around outside so I am unsure if they have migrants temporary here or it was just a class of people that were there on that night. Cutlery was limited and partially disposable which is not very hygienic so I would advise getting some more permanent versions. Mattress was doubled which made it very unstable for some reason and there is a very messy male area underneath the stairs in the entrance hallway.

Location, layout
The carpet was wet, sodden, possibly a radiator leaking. I reported it via the online system with no response. Had to sleep in it as had no alternative and room smelt damp. It’s a shame as it’s been well layed out and just as in photos.
