The communication was excellent, I received a response almost immediately, no matter the time of day, and that was incredibly helpful. The location was great, and I especially loved having amazing right downstairs and iga in 130 meters walk
also the convenience of having the rubbish chute so close to the apartment, two separate bedrooms, both with large comfortable beds, and a lovely balcony to relax on. The apartment was comfortable, and free from any unpleasant smells or noises, which made it feel very good
The downside for me was the 10:00 am check-out time, which felt quite early. However, I was able to arrange a late check-out until 1:00 pm for an additional fee, and I appreciated having that option
The apartment could also have been cleaner on arrival, as it did not feel thoroughly cleaned. The sofa, and the beds were quite noisy

Great location. Iga open till 11 round corner. Markets and China town down the road. Was amazing for my situation as I had my daughters with me so the 2 bedroom with cooking facilities, washing, pool, movie room were well and truely better than any hotel room anywhere near the same price point. Was offered a cheaper stay at only $115 a night if I extended the stay which, I didn’t need. But still not bad to get.
Damage to couch. Oven didn’t work. One of the 2 doors to the bathroom didn’t lock. No parking. Grand scheme of things though these didn’t matter at all as the major things I needed it had. Shame about the parking though. Oven wasn’t a deal breaker as we just ended up cooking everything on gas cooktop.
