Very clean, nice furniture, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, modern decor.
There is a streetlight that shines right into the bedroom. That window didn't have a curtain or shade, but we were able to string a towel across it. The rest of the house has lovely shades and drapes, but this window needed something.

Homey atmosphere, we sat on the porch in the evenings. The kitchen was well supplied and all appliances were very clean. Both the kitchen and bedroom had air conditioners, making our stay comfortable on warm days. The beds were comfortable. When locking the door was a problem, we were able to quickly reach someone for assistance.
The shower did not have a grab bar, making it unusable for an elderly guest. An icemaker would be a nice addition. The dinner plates are too large to reheat food in a very small microwave. The description indicated "no pets" allowed (we have allergies) but a water dish and blanket were available for a dog guest.
