Waters Edge is a nice place to stay. Nice view across the water. The bed was comfortable and the location for what we wanted was good. Easy walk to Duck Bay and a longer walk to Balloch. Basic facilities provided, but all worked well. Duck Bay restaurant was great but La Vista Italian restaurant down the road was terrible.
The room was on the small side, too few available powerpoints. We had to unplug the TV and heater to charge phones. Breakfast provided was cereal and pre-mixed porridge. The main issue was the electronic gate to enter and depart from the property. The space between two stone pillars is very tight and a but stressful when you have a hire car.

Compact accomodation, Easy to find, great communication, super Loch views, onsite parking, free wifi, bottled water, milk supplied in fridge, tea, coffee facilities, short walk from Duck Bay hotel with its bar, coffee cake area, dining area, short drive to other eateries, bars.
Tv in bedroom would have rather it in snug room, observation not critisism.

The best thing was the really beautiful view from the room. It was also comfortable and nicely decorated. The room was well-equipped and it was great to have a fridge and fresh milk. Check in was easy and the communication from Fiona was great. The nearby Duck Bay and La Vista restaurants were lovely, especially duck Bay. There's a little beach next to Duck Bay about 4 mins walk from the room and I enjoyed a cold swim. All in all a great stay and I would definitely recommend.
