Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Coimbra, nahe am alten Bahnhof. Unkomplizierte Übergabe nach Online Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt. Schöne Räume, ruhige Gegend, gute Klimaanlage kühlt angenehm. Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen, kleine Abwaschmaschine vorhanden. Relativ grosses Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Lavabo. Shampoo und Seife vorhanden, (zu wenig) WC-Papier.

Mehrmals Stromschläge erhalten beim Bedienen der Geräte in der Küche, irgendwas stimmt nicht mit der Installation von Wasserkocher, Backofen und/oder Abwaschmaschine. Das habe ich gemeldet und es wurde Hilfe versprochen, doch die kam während den ganzen sechs Tagen nicht. Am Schluss schrieb ich, dass das Problem nicht gelöst wurde. Statt einer Hilfe, einer Entschuldigung oder einer Gutschrift erhielt ich nur den tollen Ratschlag, die Kinder sollten nicht in der Nähe der Geräte sein, denn das sei gefährlich. Na danke auch, das habe ich bemerkt!
