Rude and greedy

Due to a glitch on the booking.com platform, I ended up with two bookings for the same city at the same time. I requested a cancelation from Sunday Lovers, they refused. I asked booking.com, they said the only way to fix it was for Sunday Lovers to cancel. They still refused. Everyone, including Sunday Lovers and booking and paypal, recognize that booking.com caused the problem, but no one will help fix it. It would have been so easy for Sunday Lovers to cancel the booking, but they got greedy and insisted on keeping the money just because they could. By not helping, they are part of the problem.

Localização Boa e o espaço do local é bom. A Anfitriã fez tudo que pedimos, tentou nos ajudar. Após certo desgaste com relação ao encanamento, não me retornou mais.

Entupiu o cano da máquina de lavar roupa, voltou toda água para dentro da cozinha. O proprietário disse que o encanador iria no local, mas não foi. O Forno do fogão ao ascender caia a luz, o apartamento deve estar com mal dimensionamento elétrico.

Dado o tempo da estadia, deviam trocar mais vezes os lençóis e toalhas ou então deixar mais. Caso seja necessário

A casa é bastante central, apesar de ficar numa rua onde não se pode chegar de carro, tem de se parar na praça da portagem e ir a pé aproximadamente 300m. Tem muito comércio, restauração e outros tipos de lojas na área.

A casa é fria, tem 2 ares condicionados portáteis que, para funcionar, obrigam a manter as janelas abertas, por causa dos tubos, o que acaba por ser contraproducente. Tinha também algumas lacunas na limpeza, principalmente na cozinha.
