Lovely property to out taste in a very peaceful location
Shared garden with neighbours they was allowed dogs & our property wasn’t so had dog running around in our space not ideal if u have young children scared of dogs. We wasn’t but just a point to consider.

This is an exceptional property, beautifully laid out and equipped.
I am guessing it is architect designed.
The rooms are very very spacious.
The living room has a beautiful corner with double opening patio doors on each wall overlooking the Welsh hills and landscape beyond.
If I was an author, sitting here would inspire me to write.
Then there is the piano area, just right for a get together with some music.
Then, the sofas facing the magnificent log burner and TV, just right for an autumn or winter evening.
The furniture is top quality which made us suspect that the owner must have lived here at some time.
This property is IN the Welsh countryside.
There is no corner shop 5 mins down the road.
However, it does offer a fridge AND a large
Fridge freezer so stock up in Aberystwyth when you are on your way.
We followed our satnav to the postcode which led UK to a farm but the welcoming lady told us “Bryn Esaf” was a hundred yards further on.
