Bunk bed had broken bottom frame.Master bathroom door needed latch fix and really doesn’t close.7 adults and 2 kids need more towels than what was provided.Back patio nice enough but difficult to use because airplanes flying so close every 10 to 15 minutes.Air conditioning too cool in front of the house not enough in back bedroom area. Ceiling vents needed cleaning may help airflow.No dining table. Only counters space.Concern one evening with several police cars on our street.On plus side location good to get places we toured and enjoyed.Did receive communication when needed and door battery was replaced.

This stay was perfect and very spacious! Host was very communicative and assisted with questions promptly! Hot tubs worked perfectly! Parked in the driveway where we were able to fit three cars. Something to take note of might be that the neighborhood according to uber drivers was a bit on the rougher end however we had a peaceful stay! Besides that all was well.

Unfortunately, the house definitely wasn't clean. The master bedroom sheets and comforter both had visible staining on them...the type of bodily fluid type staining that would come out if washed. That is pretty unexceptable. The kitchen counter, bar stools and couch had food crumbs that were noticeable as soon as we entered the space. There wasn't a vacumm or any cleaning supplues provided. Overall, the cleanliness of the bathrooms was not great either. The house needs some TLC and a good deep clean. We were pretty disappointed that there was not a dining table. There is counter seating for at the island and 2 at a bar. The bath towels were paper thin. The pictures of the place didn't match the delivery unfortunately. It felt like motel quality when we were expecting to stay in a well kept home. Note for future renters, it is not in the best neighborhood.
