Loved this condo it was perfect for a small family and kid friendly. Very much appreciated the chairs and umbrella set up on the beach being included with no additional charge. This room was right next to the elevator so it was a little noisy with all of the machinery but not too bad my kids didn’t notice it. Everything was cleaned besides the dryer it had sand in it from previous renters but they had a few vacuums in a closet so it was an easy fix. It wasn’t clear about the parking location (across the street not under the building) but it wasn’t hard to figure out the right one once I asked around. Would definitely recommend this place. Due to high traffic hours with the two elevators would be best to use them before 9am and after 9pm.
