The elevators sucked and I wasn’t given the correct code at check in. I had to walk up 11 flights of stairs due to ever elevator being full not only to have to spend another 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the room. Other than that the place was amazing

The property was nice-- it was a nice space with beautiful views of the beach and a lake on the back side. Nice pools, short walk to beach. However, I was highly disappointed with the check-in process and level of cleanliness. Regarding cleanliness: there were dirty towels still hanging in the shower, towels placed to seemingly be used were dirty. The coffee table was greasy. The pillow on the couch had stains. Upon quick glance it appeared to be straightened up well, but the details let me know it wasn't properly cleaned. I would imagine that whomever cleaned simply moved too quickly and missed several details.Regarding check-in: It would have been nice to know that there was an additional 100 dollar "access" fee, prior to booking. Thus, you are locked in because you paid a price, which for me was non-refundable, and then you are required to pay 100 dollar to get access to the amenities which are required access to the entire stay. Furthermore, it took 30-45 minutes to actually get inside of the property because the code was not properly listed. The check-in information listed a 6 digit code, while the actual keypad required 4 and absolutely no one in customer service knew that. I spoke to 3 different agents. I was asked several times to reenter a code that I am telling the agents has the incorrect amount of numbers. It a was frustrating start to the stay.
