This condo was everything we hoped it would be! Everything was clean (didn’t feel the need to go over everything as I normally do), however I did go over the bathrooms for my own peace of mind. We didn’t cook at all, but it did have necessary pots and pans to do so. Bathrooms were well stocked with more than enough towels and washcloths for the 3 of us. We had no issues or complaints at all and would definitely book this condo again!

We typically only rent from owners who manage their own property. I did not realize Avari was the same as Vacasa. Upon typing in code we found beach furniture all over the living room with screws and nails and boxes and reported this to the front desk who called the host Darrell to ensure by 4 pm all was cleaned up. We tried the code at 4 pm it did not work, went to dinner and upon return at 6 pm 5 to 6 beach furniture pieces were in the living room with paper debri from the boxes and packing also left behind, a knife on the kitchen table, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, food crumbs and stains on the master bathroom floor, junk under the master bed, sharp objects in the master closet, loose screws on the bunk beds and it seemed the unit had not been cleaned that day but maybe had sat.We contacted the 1800 number who said something would be done by the next day, then contacted Darrell who also said he could move us or take care of it next day and I asked for it to be fixed that day. They pretty much put the new chairs on the deck with broken chairs which meant we couldn't use the balcony and that was not what I asked for. The following day about noon they removed the broken chairs, but so many chairs were on the balcony you really could not enjoy it and they were not arranged in a working way. The condo itself just seems run down, main micro broken so 2nd micro on counter, floors were sandy and dirty my feet from walking around in it first day were stained.
