Welcome to your perfect beach retreat at Indian Shores! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is designed for relaxation and adventure. Located directly on the pristine sands of the Gulf of Mexico, our condo offers breathtaking views and all the comforts of home.
Inside the Condo:
Bedrooms: 2 spacious rooms with cozy beds and all linens provided. King bed in master primary bedroom, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom.
Bathrooms: 2 full baths, equipped with towels.
Kitchen: Full-size, fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals—from quick snacks to gourmet feasts!
Laundry: Washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit.
Amazing Features:
Private Balcony: Unwind on your private Gulf-facing balcony to catch jaw-dropping sunsets every evening.
East-Side Common Balcony: For early risers, head to the common balcony to witness the spectacular sunrises.

Elevators: Two elevators provide easy access to our unit.
Stairwell: Located just one floor up if you prefer the stairs.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
