Hours are generally 8:00am to 10:00pm - these can vary with HOA regulations or maintenance, so please check the times posted at the pool during your stay.

Access to the two shared resort pools is included at no extra charge.
★ What is the parking situation? ★
There is parking for two vehicles in the garage plus one additional vehicle in a designated space. Parking in front of the garage is not permitted.

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property.
★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★
Yes - community quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am.
★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★
We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.
★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★
Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.

No. La Quinta Resort is a residential gated community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.

Everything worked out but I had to follow-up on the day of the reservation to get the information to check in and access the unit and then the security guard at the gate had to call to get me on the list.It's not the fanciest or most up-to-date unit but it's a great value and everything is as advertised.
