This 5-bedroom villa (sleeps 12) features a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a smart TV, opening onto a covered terrace and the pool. The kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and Bluetooth speaker, with a separate utility room housing a washing machine. Four ground-floor bedrooms open directly onto the terrace: three doubles (160cm beds) and one twin (80cm beds, convertible to a double), each with its own en-suite shower room without WC. Two separate WCs serve this level.

A few metres away, the annexe offers an open-plan space with a double bed (160cm), sofa, and bunk beds suitable for children under 8, plus an en-suite shower room with WC and access to its own terrace.
