Set on a small estate with fields in every direction, Quarter Cottage is a cute cottage from which to explore Tenterden and the beautiful, rural side of Kent.. Ground Floor:

The front door opens into the welcoming open-plan dining room and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a farmhouse table and a small wall hung smart TV. Stairs lead up to the living quarters offering two armchairs, a TV with DVD player, a king-size zip-link bed under the eaves, and a smart, fresh en-suite bathroom. To add to the cosy feel there is underfloor heating in the kitchen/diner and the bathroom. Outside there is a small seating area, with a bistro table looking out over a small lake, a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
There are some lovely days out to explore nearby; within a short drive are the stunning gardens of Sissinghurst Castle, and in the other direction is the pretty market town of Tenterden - perfect for a day out browsing the independent shops. From here you can also take a steam train to Bodiam on the Kent and Sussex Railway! For a real day trip adventure, or to take a longer stay for business in this self catering cottage, Ashford is just 10 miles away with its international train station whisking you high-speed to London, Paris and beyond.
