The location is excellent to walk around Waterloo with very easy access to the LRT stop at Allen. Overall the building was quiet and common areas were very well maintained. Excellent communication that was fast and helpful.

A lot of confusion regarding the lock box in the midst of 14 lock boxes!The front door would not lock and the owner later said he was told about it weeks ago and had not dealt with it. We were there 2 nights and only had a locked door once when the owner came and locked it.The place was dirty, although the beds and towels were clean. Bare minimum done from previous tenants stay. . I sent the owner pictures. No response.The thermostat did not work and the heat was on during a heat wave. Opening the windows made things worse. No response.Kitchen lacked utensils, toaster, oven mitts, tea towels etc. Fridge had other guest's food in it. The couch arms were broken. I could go on....I did not bring everything to the owner's attention when we were there - just the heat and unlockable door. Afterwards I reached out to let him know what would improve his unit. No response.Very unfortunate because it could be a really nice place. The location was great and the place was very spacious. The parking was easy to access and appreciated.
