Rented the Property for my daughter and I to stay at while visiting her sister in Tampa. The condo is located directly across the street from the beach, which was fantastic! Condo also had everything you need for a fun time at the beach such as beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon to cart the stuff. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Had a couple of small issues to resolve, but owners were very responsive and took care of things immediately. I loved my stay and will definitely be going back next year!

Condo was great, location was great, clean and everything we needed but ensure you receive check-in instructions ahead of time. We did not receive and the host could not be reached when we arrived. We were unable to access the unit the night we arrived and were stranded. VRBO was no help.

Location was great but the room had muddy Footprints in it. The ceiling fans were noisy in the living room and master. Looks like blades are severely warped. The people above were very noisy. Sounded like furniture was being moved and that was after we went up and asked them to be a bit quieter. Around 12:30 a.m. turns out about 6 kids were in the room. Rember toilet paper because you only get 2 rolls regardless of how many people rentBut the biggest complaint was parking, or lack of. Be aware only bring one car. There are only three parking spots in front of the units that are free, on street parking and there's over 100 units. If you do end up needing to park overnight somewhere, do it in the boat launch area, only up to 3 consecutive days. But make sure that you do not park in an area that is for boat trailers. We received a ticket in that area. Even after paying the over night fee.
