Everything about it, it was nice and cozy I would love to return there and it was also neat
The wifi wasn’t working for the tv and i had my ps5 with me the wifi didn’t work for that too

Close to the trains and many shops. Comfortable home stay and really spacious! Easy to get the keys.
Tried to contact them earlier, but no response until the day before after i've emailed both ends. However, other than that, I don't have other complaints.

Good location, Close to the station. Clean and nicely decorated.
I contacted the host before our stay to ask if an earlier check-in might be possible. He seemed friendly and said he would let me know. On the day, I followed up and he advised he would let me know when its available. I sent a message to let him know we were near the property and to please let us know when the property was available but the message was seen and not responded to. I appreciate early check-in was a big ask, so this wasn't a major issue, but the lack of communication was disappointing.
On arrival, the bathroom light wasn't working, which I accept may not have been the host's fault. Unfortunately, the shower was also freezing cold and we couldn't shower properly.
I contacted the host afterwards to explain the issues before leaving a review. The response questioned whether the boiler had been switched off and stated that no compensation would be offered.
The host did call me after my review, which I appreciated, but the conversation became quite accusatory, suggesting that either myself or my friend had switched the boiler off, and asking me to change the review. I explained that my main issue was that I had lost confidence in the customer service, particularly after my earlier message had been ignored.
I don't necessarily blame the host for the light or boiler issues themselves, as things can go wrong. However, I felt the way they were handled lacked understanding and sincerity. Unfortunately, the overall experience has left me unlikely to stay again.
