Staff was very kind. I arrived late at night, shuttle picked me up promptly. Room was very comfortable.
The housekeepers in the morning were very loud... the walls are thin and I could hear them in the hallway for a couple hours, yelling to each other and playing loud music. They even tried to come into me room around 9am. Luckily I was already awake, but they made it difficult to sleep in.

The breakfast was awful on memorial day because they took everything away at 9 and people were there coming to eat and they closed up early cuz they said it was Monday. It was awful. I found the main desk person so unresponsive to kids that wanted the tiny frig opened so they could get milk and said she couldn't open the frig. She lied about that and lied to me later saying the lobby bathroom was out of order, when I knew it wasn't. She was the rude to the guests, but the hotel was great.
The breakfast was awful on memorial day because they took everything away an hour early in front of people that just wanted to eat something. And all they had hot was waffles, and they took that away and the butter and closed up the milk, I have never seen such a stingy ridiculous breakfast service that offered so little and took it away so fast. Crazy. Someone should tell these people it is a service industry!
