We liked the quirky retro beach shack vibes. Lots of space for a family holiday. The beach is only at the end of the street and while you don't get a view, you can hear the waves from the back deck. Beds were comfy and the deck is great! Overall we had a good stay and would stay again.
A few little minor things, the coffee in the cupboard was mouldy. There was a crack in one of the glass window panes that had just been sticky taped. Some of the windows at the back of the house couldn't be latched shut. We had no hot water the first night but they quickly fixed that the next morning. The stairs are very steep and the light switch at the bottom of the stairs needs to be replaced. Also the ceiling repairs in the loungeroom were a bit questionable.
