Bathroom was tiny and the water in the shower was luke warm. The shower curtain was too short so the floor got very wet. When my daughter woke up she found ants on her bed and in one of our food bags.

Mala experiencia y mala comunicación

Mala comunicación con la anfitriona, nos costó mucho encontrar el hospedaje.
No nos avisó previamente que la calle estaba en reparaciones, el acceso era muy complicado.
Cuando ya pudimos llegar, de inmediato sentimos el mal olor del baño, se nota que los olores de alcantarilla se devuelven por el desague.
En la publicación no especifíca que reciben el pago sólo con efectivo (acá en booking nos dejó poner la tarjeta). Una vez que ya estábamos instalados nos avisó que necesitaba que pagáramos en dólares o soles, sin embargo le explicamos que no teníamos eso en consideración porque estábamos hospedados en Cusco y llegamos a Ollantaytambo para ir a Machupichu, por eso no contábamos con más efectivo y tampoco nuestras tarjetas físicas. Le dijimos que podíamos irnos y buscar otro lugar donde pudiéramos pagar de forma digital pero insistió que debíamos realizar el pago y envió a su hermano hasta el lugar para cobrarnos. (Con el hermano intentamos buscar varias soluciones, como pagar a través de transferencia pero no pudimos por ser de otro país, tampoco pudimos dejar un monto en efectivo por el tiempo que estuvimos al llegar). Finalmente pudimos pagar por medio de otra app de reserva pero pasamos un muy mal rato y no pudimos descansar bien para nuestra salida al día posterior.
Creo que si ella nos hubiese comunicado antes que sólo iba a recibir efectivo, nosotros nos hubiesemos organizado de mejor manera antes de llegar al lugar.
Al siguiente día cuándo ya estábamos en Machupichu nos volvió a contactar, esta vez para acusarnos de habernos llevado una toalla, le explicamos que no lo habíamos hecho y que quizás no la habían visto bien pero insistió que debíamos devolverla. (Finalmente no me siguió insistiendo asi que probablemente la encontraron pero tampoco se disculparon por acusarnos de robar)
