kawasan yg dekat dengan public transport(LRT) ,byk kemudahan dlm compund dobi & mall.security yg kemas dan terjamin.
owner ask for deposit RM 200 rigt before check in.Sink clogged ,no body shower & praying mat .stayed for 4 days 3 night ,before check out all garbage was disposed and even vacuum the unit .we're 100% guarantee no smell from cigarette in the unit ,even if the smell exist as claimed by owner should be gone as we check out from the unit at 11 am and next tenant should check in by 3pm.
got the message re: cigarette smell at 6pm & the owner refused to return all the deposit claimed that not obey to the term which is not smoking in the unit.I'm felt so frustrated for the accusation as the cleanliness during the stay was maintained even with clogged sink but this petty thing become major problem.There is children below 6 staying together how come my family not aware of smoking hazard.Man who is staying together just smoked in the balcony area &tenant before also done that as there is old cigarette floating in the drainage hole.
Up to now owner still not responding to my message and there is no way for me to get back deposit .If think in common sense ,no property damage happen during the stay that lead to deposit burnt.
Just in case owner read this review ,just to let he know that :
