The apartment was clean and very well presented with sufficient facilities. The bed/mattress in the main bedroom could do with being replaced. Some little niggles to be resolved with window/door locks/handles. More than ample parking on site.
The communal door had no lock and the hallway/stairs did not give a good impression with evidence of damp and in desperate need of a repaint and deep clean.

Superb accommodation. A credit to the host and the apartment team. Description and pictures advertised totally matched up. Full marks to all aspects questioned, eg cleanliness, keys on arrival, comfort, location, value for money . A lovely stay. I would certainly like to book again...this time for a longer stay.
