Fondamentale il supermenrcato Carrefour sottocasa, aperto tutti i giorni fino alle 20 e molto ben fornito. Soggiorno grande e bel poggiolo fuori dalle camere per stendere (c'è anche un bbq!) Cucina con ogni comfort. Proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno cambiato la TV con una nuova, più grande e smart, davvero molto disponibili.
Le scale sono molto ripide e quindi bisogna fare attenzione e il vano scala ha un cattivo odore non avendo finestre. Non si può parcheggiare sottocasa in quanto recentemente è stata istituita una zona a pagamento (ma a pochi minuti, girato l'angolo uscendo a sinistra il parcheggio si trova sempre)

Check-in and communication with the owner were easy. The place is excellently located above a convenience store and close to a busstop. It has all the basics, it's clean and reasonably priced. There was a helpful booklet inside with clear information (rules of the apartment, appliance use, garbage collection schedule, owner's contact details, wifi, ...) which I wish every rental place would have.
It felt more like a lived-in budget apartment than a polished holiday rental, which I think is fair for the price. The place has some visible wear and tear, the dining chairs need renovation or replacement and some appliances seemed a bit old and well-used. We had an unexpected one-time run-in with the downstairs neighbour the first night: he demanded to come inside to look for something 'his friend' left in the apartment, which was a little strange.
