Temiz ve yeni m bir bina.
Tesise ulaşım ve personelle iletişim zor. Otel odasına çok az deterjan koymuşlar resmen kısıtlı sayıda yıkama hakkımız var. Personelden rica ettiğimizde üzgünüz veremeyiz dediler.

After having spent four weeks in Japan and one of these in Kyoto, I can say with confidence that this is a very well equipped and comfortable apartment.
The room was indeed spacious with several places to store my stuff (shelves near the entrance and a simple chest of drawers near the balcony). The bed was comfortable and more than wide enough for two people.
For me personally the best feature was hiding in the bathroom; the ceiling fan inside offered several additional functions beyond simple ventilation. These features (heating, blowing) proved exceptionally useful for drying clothes after having done a full load in the washing machine (which was easy to use and also did an excellent job). Furthermore, these drying features proved to be absolute lifesavers after an unfortunate day of heavy rain.
In short, very happy with my choice of accommodation in Kyoto and would happily stay here again.
Getting around Kyoto is never as easy compared to other cities in Japan. That said, in the location of this accommodation is actually quite good (strategic) for Kyoto. Just don't expect to get around town as easily or quickly like you would in Tokyo or Osaka. The bus drivers do an excellent job but they can never be as reliable than trains.
