The friendliness of the staff. They were quick to accommadate requests for services such as a shower chair. Cleaning staff was efficient and timely. Hotel is beautifully situated.
Breakfast was just average. For the price it could have been better. It was more like a motel chain breakfast than a luxury resort.

I thought the breakfast was a little sparse and the quality of the meat/eggs what what I would expect of a slighty more "value" based location.
Water pressure in shower was very poor. Everything else was just fine.
