Posizione strategica: vicino alla stazione, al centro storico e ai principali punti di interesse di Catania, ideale per visitare la città.

这是我们一路走来住过的二十几个住宿最好的一个。位置超赞，交通极其便利。公寓就在火车站旁边，步行3分钟。火车站前面的广场就是大巴站，去火山的大巴 AST (Azienda Siciliana Trasporti)在6号站台，每天早上8:15去，下午4:30回。售票处就在公寓大楼侧面的街对面，6.6欧往返。去机场的大巴也在这个广场，车票4欧一个人。房子侧面也是一个大巴站，有15个站台。房东善良又热情，一见面就介绍了各方面的情况，购物，景点，交通等。房子十分干净宽敞，有电梯，二个卫生间，设施齐全。宽大的厨房，各种设备都有，燃气灶也给力，做饭非常方便。有宽大的阳台可以坐在阳台上喝咖啡吃饭休闲。晾晒衣物也很方便。房东还给了纯净水及小零食，柠檬和轧汁机。我们发现有蚊子，立即就买了灭蚊药水送到门口。厨房用纸卫生用纸都很多。我们在入住时间到了，同意我们放行李，还让我们坐在厨房里吃了自己带的午饭。
唯一不足是电热水器，两个人洗澡后就要等一下。另外，如果插座多几个就更好了，尤其床两边都要有。

Etna bus starts literally a few meters from the entrance, generally good location for public transportation. Etna view from the rooms is nice. Spacious rooms.
Noisy area (busy street), windows don't absorb much of it. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. For disabled people it might be of interest, that although there is an elevator (quite a small one), there are still a few steps.
