I stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and was very comfortable.
All the facilities were clean.
It is very spacious and I like the sofa sitting area which was very comfortable when eating and watching tv.
The best part about the apartment was the host Mrs Dung - she was very kind and very quick with response to all my inquiries.
Also helped me book a bus to Sapa and helped me when I had trouble getting into the apartment.
Overall was a great stay and would definitely recommend.
Very beautiful and well managed apartment.
I didn’t really like sending my personal information over WhatsApp. But I know that booking.com has blocked sending stuff through their own platform.
Also I would rather just have contact with the host rather than her employee as they didn’t really give me clear information about check in or any other inquiries. And was little slow to reply.
I think better just going through the host Mrs Dung.

Modern apartment, good facilities, looks like the photos, good shower pressure.
Windows, doors and walls are NOT soundproof even if stated in description. You can har voices and motorbikes passing by and honking at all times (including in the middle of the night and very early morning) and many other noises from inside the building.
Host sent us wrong code to enter the building AND the room so we found ourselves with many baggages in the middle of the road for several minutes. That happened as well to a poor guy who was checking in at 2am so he desperately tried to open the gate and started to make phone calls to try to contact the host/other hotels for over an hour, making a lot of noise and waking up the entire building.
Remote control was not present in the room and provided only after more than 24h, so we were unable to watch TV for the first couple of days.

Very attentive host and lovely cleaning lady, every problem was solved fast and with great care. Good location along the West Lake, 10-15 minutes by foot from the Lotte Mall with everything you would ever need. Also very fast wi-fi, clean room, spacious wardrobe and nice kitchen fully equipped for cooking
