La differenza la fa la professionalità e l'attenzione per il cliente!

Arredata bene, in centro

Non amo recensire negativamente anche perché ho avuto una struttura turistica anche io e comprendo cosa voglia dire, e non credo che il cliente abbia sempre ragione a prescindere.. Ma in questo caso, per stessa ammissione della struttura c'è stato un problema da parte loro che andava gestito sicuramente in maniera diversa. Ci mancherebbe sbaglia chi lavora, ma se si arreca un grave disagio all'ospite, ripeto per colpa della struttura, ritengo anche che sia professionale e doveroso porre rimedio e trovare una soluzione, cosa che da parte del gestore/proprietario non è stata fatta. Certo, sono arrivate le scuse ma... Se tu "vendi" la suite scrivendo che c'è la cucina e poi invece la cucina non c'è e io prenoto per ben 7 notti per una persona che è in convalescenza e per la quale è necessario avere la cucina... Una soluzione bisogna trovarla nel momento che te lo faccio presente, ovvero subito al suo arrivo... Non basta chiedere scusa e modificare rapidamente la descrizione in booking... perché il disagio è grande oltre che fisicamente anche economicamente come spiegato al gestore/proprietario che però si è rifiutato di trovare una soluzione.. Come in tutte le attività la differenza la fa la professionalità e l'attenzione per il cliente, che in questo caso è stata nulla!

Posizione ottima. Camera spaziosa con letto comodo e presenza di molti spazi per riporre oggetti. Bagno abbastanza spazioso.

C'è stata poca chiarezza nelle comunicazioni. La stanza era stata descritta tipo appartamento con cucina, seppure non ci sia di fatto una cucina. C'è in uso un microonde, un bollitore e un mini frigo di cui abbiamo saputo solo una volta entrate, sebbene avessi richiesto se ci fossero piccoli elettrodomestici.
