Do not book this property

I didn’t see the property.

I was denied access to this property when I tried to access it twice despite the host knowing my arrival time. I was with my grandchildren. The Host did not notify the reception staff so they would not give me the keys on the two occasions that I tried to check in. I was advised that this was a known issue with the host and had happened to others. It was suggested to me that I had been scammed. Booking.com did not resolve it for me either. I then made alternative arrangements and was then notified that I could access the property (too late l) i had booked somewhere else and was denied a refund through no fault of my own. Highly disappointed with this terrible experience. I was with children too but they didn’t care.

Basically this property should be removed from Booking.com

Nothing as I wasn’t even able to access it and was left without a room for the night.

Lack of a valid phone number to contact the owner to gain access, lack of planning on the owners part to inform the person on reception of my stay, lack of response from the owner to my message through to app.

The accommodation didn't exist, it was a complete scam and the Booking.Com website didn't help!

The accommodation didn't exist, it was a complete scam and the Booking.Com website didn't help at all... Total nightmare to arrive in London for a function to find that a hotel booking you made and paid for via Booking.com in good faith didn't exist.

Breathtaking apartment

Wonderful views, amazing location for the London arena, fab lighting and comfort, had pretty much everything that we needed for our stay

Communication with the host was poor which led to frustration and worry especially in light of recent reviews (but I can confirm the property definitely does exist!). However the host did contact me just prior to check in and explained that his business partner had been called away to a family emergency and so hasn’t been picking up any messages. The host was apologetic and accommodating. The air con keeps the lounge cool but not so much the bedroom (but we did visit in the middle of a heat wave)
