The staff was super nice and helpful, especially the manager. The apartment was great and family-friendly. There is a washing machine available for the guests. We were not aware of that when we booked accommodation and got positively surprised and really appreciated it since we were traveling with a baby.
The ventilation in the larger bathroom is not available, that could be improved.
The beach is not really 150 m from the apartment, or it is, but if you want some nice place to swim then it's a bit further but still ok.
Not really related to the apartment but more to Nikiti. We were really disappointed with the infrastructure - the roads in Nikiti are horrible and so is the traffic in general.

Very clean, nice location - 5 min walk to all the restaurants and beach. Friendly & accomodating staff - I can only recommend it.
