Large apartment, well accommodated a family of 5.
Close to metro and bus stations, relatively close to main tourist attractions.
Self check-in is very convenient.
Pillows are very thin, floor is tilted, making a sleeping a bit challenging.
This is a third floor without an elevator.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and in a central area of the city.
It’s a perfect example of what Airbnb has become.
The apartment feels cold and impersonal, and it’s clear that no one actually lives there — it’s used exclusively for short-term rentals. Communication is handled by a bot (or by an agency managing the property that is used to giving standardised responses), which doesn’t take care of guests in the way a real homeowner might.
For example, I asked if I could leave my luggage in the apartment until 3 pm, even though check-out was at 11 am. An automated response told me this wasn’t possible because the apartment was scheduled to be cleaned, and instead sent me a link to find the nearest luggage locker.
Honestly, how much of a problem would three backpacks have caused for the cleaning?

Lovely apartment, with full facilities for my family. Perfect location and easy to get around.

The location is very walkable to most destinations. Lots of shops and cafe nearby.
The apartment is in a building with no elevator. We had to carry all our luggages up by stairs. The apartment has 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom. Some of the door handles are loose and each room uses a standalone AC cube that is placed on the floor.
