Es war die perfekte Unterkunft in Paris!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen.

Muy buena!

La ubicación excelente, muy amplio el espacio de la sala-comedor.

El baño que está en el cuarto es extremadamente pequeño. El host no fue muy atento a mis preguntas al inicio.

A localização era ótima. O apartamento muito limpo. O anfitrião foi sempre muito cordial atento às nossas solicitações.

Appartamento stupendo ottima posizione facile accesso ai mezzi pubblici, host molto disponibile e rapido nel rispondere. Avendo il volo nel pomeriggio ci ha concesso di restare nell'appartamento fino alle 13.00

Perfectly positioned, presented and polished!

It was very easy to gain access and the property and it was extremely well presented and of a high standard. The position was also excellent and enjoyed by the whole family. There were no shortage of restaurants, bars and transport to all destinations which was a big help as we went everywhere in our weeks stay. We would definately recommend this property to those who want a quality and most enjoyable stay.

We had an issue with the bond but it wasnt the hosts fault rather our bank but all sorted now. We are grateful that the host reached out to us and the issue was resolved. Honestly there was nothing we wanted for as all was provided and we would definately stay there again.,

Very nice apartment that gives a great Parisian experience.

Very convenient location next to the Luxembourg Garden. An authentic Parisian apartment. Instructions to enter were very clear. Good and comfortable room and bed. Space was very clean. Equipment all worked. The host left umbrellas and detergent for us to use which is very convenient. The AESOP soaps were very nice.

The payment link that they sent had no reference to my booking, just a link for payment from an unknow company, so how is the consumer supposed to know it wasn't a scam link? Roadside room can be a bit loud when traffic is busy outside. Wifi reception is very bad in the bedrooms.

False advertising and I want a refund.all the reviews I read on the page were not even for where I stayed. MISLEADING!!!

The property I got was no as advertised, even in the picture here on this survey!!! I sent you an email on this and have had NO answer. I’m still traveling Europe and expect this to be dealt with.

Such a great experience for my family’s first trip to Paris.

The location was amazing. It is in the middle of a really great neighborhood.

It was an okay stay, recommend host to buy new pillows, 2 people stay maximum, maybe 3, bathroom and shower are separate

Great apartment but complex check in procedure, hence not for those living hectic lives

The apartment is beautiful, location as well. It is very clean and has a very Parisian mood.

Check in procedure with paying deposit outside of booking.com is too complex. Also, I thought I paid for the stay as I included my bank details at booking.com but then a day before arrival it turned out I needed to pay separately. It is very inconvenient, especially when travelling with small kids. I asked for a flexibility in a process, but received no reply. TVs didn't work or at least they didn't work by following the provided instructions.

Pleasurable stay located near central Paris!

Alexis was great with communication and very prompt with responses. Check in process was smooth and was well organised prior to arrival in Paris. Extremely helpful host! Loved that it was located in a quiet area and yet so central to everything! Facilities and amenities were also very clean! I definitely recommend staying here!

I was already informed prior to arrival but the suite we had booked was very small for 4 people but otherwise nothing else!

Beautiful clean unit, very convenient location. Will recommend and stay there again.

Nice location, right across from Luxemburg Garden/Palace, lots of places to eat around the building, very close to several metro stations and walking distance to Louvre , Notre Dame ( about 1 mile). Place was VERY clean, comfortable big bed, had kitchen with everything and small table.

Maybe a little small but it seems to be normal in Paris, so not a big deal.

Prime location and very clean. There was a lot of street noise and noise from other apartments.

Needed more coffee cups, glasses— and washcloths and there were only 4 of us. Coffee maker was difficult to work- Still have not received my deposit back - after 5 days?!

Excellent apartment in fabulous location

Spacious apartment with 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus third toilet. Well equipped kitchen. lots of cafes close by and opposite Luxembourg Gardens made for a n ideal location. Perfect for our group of 3 couples. Everything you need was available from phone chargers to guide books. Agent was very good to communicate with. Bus and metro within easy walking distance. Washer dryer in main bathroom. Highly recommend this apartment.

3 key codes needed to access building and apartment. Self check in. Quite expensive apartment. Price for similar apartment in same building by same management discounted by about 30% if booked last minute however if you don’t book in advance risk is discounted apartment may not be available.

Perfect for our group of seven!

This was a spacious beautiful Parisian apartment with a great feel to it and the building. Everything was clean and comfortable including the sofa bed. Close to metro stops which made travelling around Paris a breeze. We were 4 adults and 3 children and found it well equipped for the 6 nights we were there.

Great location for families, across the street from Jardin du Luxembourg, which has a very nice playground (pay to enter playground).

Wonderful apartment in a nice family friendly neighborhood…would definitely return.

We don’t love being in the middle of touristy areas and this was perfect. Across the street from Luxembourg Gardens. Could walk out the apartment to a huge selection of places to eat…even one of top restaurants per Trip Adviser is less than 10mins walk. Truly a perfect location and perfect for family or friends to visit Paris. Metro is close by too. Apartment was first class.

Nothing really…only minor complaint…would be the dining room table needed tightened…or possibly that could be its design!

Great apartment

The host was very kind and helped us with every thing we needed. The apartment was even mor beautifully than the pictures. It has a really nice coffee shop right under it and the location was great. We were 8 people and we all really enjoyed and recommens on it

We loved staying at Rate La Résidence du Sénateur. The location was great and the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped.

The only disadvantage was that we couldn't get any heat in the largest bedroom so it was really cold in there

A comfortable and pleasant apartment in a good location next to shops and restaurants and the jardin du Luxembourg

I loved the location and the practical and simple decor and the property was very clean. The management had provided everything that was needed for a comfortable stay including handwash and cleaning products.

There was nowhere to hang towels in the smaller bathroom or bedroom.

Beautiful, centrally located apartment with equipment deficiencies

The apartment is very suitable for three couples. It is relatively freshly renovated and was very well cleaned when we arrived. Ideal is the large kitchen-living room. All central sights are within walking distance, otherwise there are many local transport lines around the corner.

Despite the high price, important items of equipment were not available in sufficient quantity (kitchen utensils, only a single drying cloth for a whole week ...). The two smaller bedrooms lacked sufficient furniture to store clothes, and the bathrooms had little or no possibility to hang up towels. Mold (even if only a little) in the shower cubicle is a no-go. The baby changing mat was so dirty that we couldn't use it.
