Check-in per Code und Schlüsseltresor ohne Probleme, Zimmer wie erwartet, ausreichend groß als Doppelzimmer für mich alleine, gemeinsames Bad war in Ordnung, Parkplatz im Hinterhof gut verfügbar, Rechnungsstellung funktionierte reibungslos
- Die Webseite wirbt mit einem Frühstücksangebot, dass jedoch nur temporär angeboten wird, darüber wird der Gast aber erst dann informiert, wenn er vor dem (geschlossenem) Frühstückraum steht
- Das Informationsblatt auf dem Zimmer bestätigt das Frühstücksangebot, weist jedoch einen anderen Preis aus (8.00 €) statt der genannten 10€ am Frühstücksraum

- circa 40 € für das Doppelzimmer in Einzelbelegung, nach hinten raus, also leiser als die Zimmer zur Straße, ist natürlich unschlagbar.
- Der Schrank im Zimmer drohte jederzeit in sich zusammenzubrechen.
- es war kein Personal vor Ort, aber es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Männertoilette und das Männer-Bad waren geschlossen aber es gab keine Platzprobleme.
- die allgegenwärtige Videoüberwachung ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel des Guten.
- Die Lage selbst an einer befahrenen Straße und direkt neben der Bahn ist nicht so schön

sauber, ruhig, alles lief smooth mit kontaktlosem check-in & check-out. es gibt ne teeküche mit kühlschrank und das bad war sauber und bietet sogar einigermaßen gute privatsphäre beim duschen.
die unterkunft liegt direkt an einer s-bahn station, ist also gut angebunden.
die betten knarzen schon doll bei jedem umdrehen, was durchschlafen bisschen schwer macht. und die matratzen sind ziemlich ungemütlich, aber durch kunststoffhülle halt auch hygienisch. also find ich insgesamt okay.

Free parking was available which we really needed. 3 Minutes to get to the S-Bahn to get to the city center easily. The cleaning lady was super sweet and cheerful!
Nice place to sit downstairs and meet others. The lounge was super clean and very modern. We sat there and played Playstation and had a good read. Also the Kitchen and Teatime place were very clean and amazing for having a bite. They offer breakfast but I cannot tell you if it is any good.
The place has very thin walls so we heard every step above us so we had trouble sleeping. I personally cannot recommend leaving food and drinks in the fridge even if you label them. Someone opened all our food and drinks and took them. (not this places fault obviously!) I have never seen any staff and was only able to communicate via booking which is fine but it would‘ve still been nice to see someone face to face.
