The owner is really friendly and cheerful. Good location, great aircon, comfy, spacious room. Clean.
The shower pressure is a bit low and the water temperature isn’t hot, however Cartagena is so hot it’s actually quite nice.

Lo que más resaltó es que me esperaron para el check in hasta las 22hrs aprox porque mi vuelo se retraso. Coordinamos bien por Whatsapp. Hay aire acondicionado en la habitación muy necesario.

Owned by a friendly, welcoming family who are responsive to issues. The location is within walking distance of shops and all the main attractions. The air conditioning works well, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the bed was relatively comfortable with enough space in the room.
We were left without water for half of one day, and even when it was working, the water pressure and temperature couldn’t be controlled. The entrance is difficult to find as it’s on the main street where taxis can’t drop you off, and the rooms are up several flights of stairs. Our room wasn’t the cleanest on arrival and is in need of some refurbishment. The walls between rooms are paper thin.
