We really enjoyed our stay at Spring House. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the canal-side location gave it a wonderful Venetian feel. It was also very convenient for exploring the key Venice sites on foot. The owners were welcoming, helpful and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing significant. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly stay here again. Just a helpful note for future guests: there are stairs to manage, both within the accommodation location and along the walking route, as is common in Venice. If arriving by vaporetto (public water transportation), the property is about a 10-minute walk from the stop, and it is worth choosing a route that minimizes the number of canal bridges, especially if you have luggage. Google Maps and Apple Maps were excellent for locating the accommodation.
