Beds were extremely comfortable, the location was great and the staff were absolutely incredible!! Arie, Mohammad and Andri were so kind and friendly, they made us feel at home from day 1, my favourite part of my trip was waking or or coming back to the hotel and seeing them all! this is by far the best place i have stayed on gili, I felt like we made friends and that is priceless, I will return every time just because of the staff, they really are perfect! I’m leaving Casa Kai with new friends and great memories, those guys truly deserve everything!

Camere e bagni spaziosi e puliti, gentilezza del personale, possibilità di lavare la biancheria velocemente e a poco grazie ad una signora dolcissima che abita davanti alla struttura.
La struttura è vicina al porto e al centro, ma appena fuori dal caos.
La colazione un pò deludente e con poca scelta…ma a due passi ci sono così tanti bar che hai l’imbarazzo della scelta.
In una camera non funzionava bene il condizionatore (restava acceso ed era freddo la notte), e non è stato aggiustato durante il soggiorno.

Nice pool, spacious room and bathroom, staff were so friendly and helpful, housekeeping services provided. Bathroom and pool towels provided too.
Mosquitos in the room - bitten multiple times.
Breakfast was small, not very substantial
