何と言ってもロケーションがよい、また周辺の治安もそこまで悪くはなく深夜を越えての帰宅でも安心感があった。
施設もとても雰囲気がよく、セキュリティもしっかりしている。
スタッフは的確な案内や頻繁に情報を共有してくれたので助かった。
特にはなかった。ややタオルに生乾きのにおい？があるかも。そこまで気にならない。

The communication with the owner was perfect (easy check-in and out and very quick response time). The apartment has a new look and all the amenities worked fine (especially the air- condition). We really appreciated the parking lot in the garage. For us it was a perfect stay. We will for sure come back.

Nagyon jó helyen van a lakás, mind boltok, mind látványosságok szempontjából (~25 percre van kocsival Beverly Hills, az obszervatórium és az Universal Studio is) nagyon tágas a mélygarázs, van úszómedence is. Kisszoba méretű a gardrób.
A lakástól kocsival 5 percre van a kulcsszéf ahonnan a kulcsokat át kell venni. A hirdetésben több lakás képei keverednek, amiből nem lehet foglaláskor választani, így belépéskor az első gondolatom az volt, hogy mi nem ezt foglaltuk.
A ventillátor nagyon hangos.
