A very new and well appointed multi-level resort in a central but quiet location, just a short stroll to the nearby lake and restaurants. Just six or seven rooms all up so a lovely intimate experience. Not forgetting the pool and the breakfasts, which were all awesome!
The only thing for me - just a personal preference - is my mattress was a bit too firm. Apart from that, all good!

The management and staff were fantastic. Very hospitable and extremely welcoming. They cooked a wonderful Sri Lankan dinner for our group which was delicious.

We chose this hotel due to its high reviews but unfortunately it is a new hotel that is still having teething issues. Arrived and was disappointed that despite being advertised as having a TV and balcony included , our room had neither. If we wanted to watch TV we were expected to sit and share a lounge area with another room on the 1 st floor. This area was extremely hot. After many discussions we discovered all the other rooms had TVs. The balcony they advertise is really a terrace overlooking the pool you can go and sit on. As well previous reviews talked about amazing dinners but alas they didn’t have a chef and were advertising for one. I can understand the great reviews if there was a chef and you had a family room etc.
After initially advising we could have a room with a TV but would have to pay extra,the Manager came back and allowed us to change room for no extra charge. Fabulous pancakes with breakfast the next morning and the Manager kindly help sort out our transport issues
New hotel experiencing problems and have encouraged them to reword what they advertise in the rooms on Booking.com
