We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! Everything feels new, stylish, and very well maintained.
House & Amenities:
The house is very spacious and perfect for a family, featuring 3 bedrooms with super comfortable beds and 3 gorgeous bathrooms (huge plus for the large, hot showers!). The air conditioning works great, which was much appreciated.
The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with plenty of dishware, glasses, wine glasses, cooking tools, and even spices. The great coffee machine with provided pods was a wonderful bonus in the morning!
For entertainment, Netflix and the mini arcade machine was a hit with both kids. The backyard is also lovely and well set up to relax outdoors.
Parking & Logistics:
Located in a quiet area, this spot is chosen mainly for its great value and strategic location (rather than walking around the neighborhood). Parking is very spacious and secured by an gated entrance with remote openers provided for easy access.
For groceries, there is a Target nearby and a Walmart close enough to easily stock up on supplies.
Location & Tips:
Great base to quickly reach Universal Studios, the Walk of Fame, or the Hollywood Sign.
Tip for the beach: depending on traffic and time of day, it takes anywhere between 35 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. My recommendation is to reserve a parking space near the beach ahead of time using the SpotHero app, as the official beach lots close earlier.
Communication:
Great communication with the host via Booking messaging. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and precise.
A clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!
Minor detail (completely outside the host's control): one time, a car parked right outside the gate. I managed to get out by using the sidewalk, but it was a bit tight.
