Overall the room was clean and the staff was attentive. The location was excellent and the noise inside the hotel was kept at a reasonable level.
There was a problem we had with ants. A few of our neighbors had the same problem. We could have used some instruction on how to operate the television.

The newly remodeled Silver Lake Hotel was a lovely stay. I rented a king size room with a stand up shower. My particular accommodation was well handled. The office management was top notch. The ladies were so kind. They have beach chairs, beach towels, and a medium size cooler that you can borrow on site. If you don't want to drive a car, they have golf cart rentals or bicycles that you can borrow. Over all a great stay. Highly Recommended
My only complaint was being woken up by the cleaning staff upstairs.

The hotel is being renovated, so there is no pool or main lobby area yet. Our section was finished, and we absolutely loved the comfortable room. Great bed, great decor, and they thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. Particularly liked our room, as we booked one of the two "larger" rooms on the end...mainly because we wanted a balcony with a view of the lake. The beautiful deck/balcony was huge, and had the best outdoor furniture too. The basic rooms seemed to be nicely appointed for smaller rooms, but had no balconies and a parking lot view. Can't wait to return when the next building is renovated. Hope to see more balconies with that gorgeous lake view! Owners were very accommodating, and shared the plans for the next phase of the renovation with us. Such a great stay!
The price point was a little high for one night, although we loved the larger room with the balcony!
