**BURNING MAN FRIENDLY** YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT CAN OCCUR DURING YOUR RENTAL PERIOD.
A CONTRACT WILL BE SIGNED. A MINIMUM OF 10 DAYS IS REQUIRED TO RENT FOR BURNING MAN. AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF $1100 IS REQUIRED.
Welcome to "Skip" our adventurous comfy camper with lots of room for storage. Skip sleeps 5 adults comfortably. The dining area couch converts into a bed and may be able to sleep 2 small kids. The Queen bed, with a memory foam 10" mattress is ever so inviting and plush makes for a great night sleep. Two bunkbeds are perfect for kids or adults, with a total of 4" mattresses in each bunk. Each bunk has its own operable window to let the fresh outdoor air in or just watch the wildlife walk by. All beds come with sheets. The queen bed comes with a comforter and additional bedding (blankets, pillows and comforters) upon request at no charge. , just let me know what you need and how many. De-stress and hang out under the 12 ft automatic awning, enjoying yourself, your family, your friends.
This is our family trailer, please treat it with respect and keep it tidy. If anything breaks, please let us know right away.
We love our fur-babies...please do not allow them on the beds and do not leave them alone in the trailer.
