Good location. View of the ski runs. Very quiet during the off season. Near walking paths. Hot tub and pool were great.
The directions forwarded to us prior to arriving were quite vague. We showed them to people who live in the building and they couldn't make sense of them either. Difficult check in, staff didn't seem too familiar with the building, wasn't really sure where our room was and how to get there. The air-conditioning was turned as low as it could go. The room was freezing. However it was probably on as the fireplace glass was too hot to touch, heating up the room. Not a very good use of resources. We shut the gas off so the fireplace would not heat up the room and then shut off the air-conditioning. Then the room was habitable. The broken freezer door was laying on the bathroom floor by the insect traps (nice visual). The shower curtain has a good amount of mold as does the tile grout. The beds' box springs are failing and squeak loudly with the slightest movement. Kind of underlit with a wide assortment of different bulbs. No coffee but plenty of dishwasher soap (there is no dishwasher). The room could be great but needs attention.
