The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel had a well equipped pool (although it seemed very busy at some times) and gym, as well as a useful convenience store on the ground floor. Other reviews for the same building complain about it having a poor elevator service but I never had a huge issue with this.
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but the rest of the space was cleaned to a high standard. The location could have been a bit more convenient- it wasn’t in a very walkable area and there wasn’t much going on in the immediate vicinity (for instance I had a hard time finding anywhere to get breakfast) which meant I had to get a taxi to go anywhere.
Also, the building has a self-laundry service but as someone without a Malaysian bank account I couldn’t find a way to pay for it. I used Polar laundry across the road which was good quality!
