Friendly staff and well located for our needs.
Overpriced. And there was an alarm at a switchboard near the entrance that kept one of us awake.

The situation is superb. You couldn’t get a better view of the ocean.
The rooms were very small with no facilities to hang or put away clothes or bags. The shower was great but gets very steamy very quickly, the ventilation is not great. The keypads to the doors were very noisy.
The food on offer was very basic, it would have been nice to have something other than basic bar food in the restaurant.
On the positive side the window seat was just amazing and a wonderful place to spend a few hours looking at the ocean and the pier. It is also close to the water so that you can pop down for a swim.
