Staff very welcoming and explained everything to us. Room was very clean and comfortable. Some noise from outside but it's location you would expect that but slept well. Didn't stay for breakfast due to time restrictions.
It was exactly what we required and very little ti fault only a lift as I am waiting surgery on my hip and the stairs were steep but that's a very minor detail

Blue Water House is so lovely and clean. The staff are really friendly. It is located right in the centre of town with amenities close by. Beach just a 5 min walk away. Park and funfair for kids near the beach. Pubs, restaurants, take away, SuperValu, Lidl, Cinema, Amusements, coffee shops, etc all close to Blue Water House.
Nothing to not like about this place. Just perfect.

Location was good car pack was handy staff were friendly and helpful
Building is badly kept gutters full weeds as result when rained on Saturday water flowing down walls bathroom needed upgrade we had no hot water Sunday morning was not able shave
